The story
Manufacturing is where hiring is hardest. The talent is scarce, the skills are specific, and a wrong hire costs more than in almost any other industry. Most recruiters avoid it, or dabble in it between easier roles.
We went the other way. Enigma exists to do manufacturing recruitment in Thailand and nothing else, because depth beats breadth when the talent is this hard to find. A generalist learns your sector on the job. We already live in it.
What makes us different
We are a small, young team with a tech-forward, quality-first approach. We built our own software because the off-the-shelf tools were not good enough. We turn down work outside our sector because focus is the whole point. And we measure ourselves on whether the people we place are still there a year later, not on how many CVs we sent.
