QC Supervisor
About the Role
We are recruiting on behalf of a leading international manufacturer specializing in high-performance engineered safety products based in Rayong. Operating under ISO 9001:2015 standards, the company is seeking a dedicated QC Supervisor to lead shop-floor quality operations, mentor inspection teams, and ensure stringent safety and compliance standards across all production lines.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day QC operations across raw materials, composite moulding, coating, and assembly lines.
- Maintain compliance with ISO 9001:2015 QMS requirements and international product safety standards.
- Lead root cause analysis and execute robust CAPA using structured problem-solving methods (8D, 5 Whys, Fishbone).
- Oversee calibration of precision measurement tools and utilize Statistical Process Control (SPC) to track scrap rates and process capability (Cpk/Ppk).
- Collaborate with engineering on New Product Introduction (NPI) trials, First Article Inspections (FAI), and quality KPI reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, Quality Management, or a related discipline.
- 3–5 years of QA/QC experience in manufacturing, including 1–2 years in a supervisory or team-lead role.
- Technical exposure to composite materials, plastic injection moulding, or industrial painting/coating processes.
- Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, precision metrology tools, and CAPA/8D reporting.
- Fluent in Thai with working professional English proficiency for technical documentation; able to work on-site in Rayong.
