Operating a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Chonburi, Thailand, they specialize in high-end, complex packaging utilizing mixed materials like wood, leather, and metal. Based at the manufacturing facility in Chonburi, the Supply Chain Coordinator will play a pivotal role in managing the seamless flow of raw materials and finished luxury packaging and POS products. In this role, you will bridge local production operations with a global supply chain network, ensuring materials are sourced sustainably, inventory is optimized, and international shipments are executed with precision. Key Responsibilities
- Logistics & Shipment Coordination: Coordinate end-to-end domestic and international transportation for raw materials and finished luxury packaging, ensuring seamless delivery to global prestige brands.
- Inventory Control & Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels at the Chonburi facility using ERP systems, minimizing waste and supporting circular economy and local production goals.
- Sustainable Sourcing Support: Assist in procurement activities by identifying and evaluating suppliers who align with strict commitments to eco-design, Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) standards, and Science Based Targets (SBT).
- Import/Export Compliance: Prepare, review, and manage all shipping documentation, customs clearance, and compliance procedures in strict accordance with international Incoterms and Thai customs regulations.
- Supplier Relationship Management (SRM): Maintain strong, collaborative relationships with local and international suppliers, ensuring they meet quality benchmarks and ethical labor standards (such as SA8000).
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on key supply chain metrics (e.g., On-Time-In-Full delivery, logistics costs, and supplier performance) to identify areas for process optimization.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with local Production, Design, and Sales teams to align material availability with production schedules and client delivery timelines.
