About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Supervisor on behalf of a leading international manufacturing organization with a strong commitment to sustainability and ethical workplace practices.
Based at their manufacturing plant in Thailand, you will serve as the operational lead across core Human Resource Management (HRM) and Human Resource Development (HRD) functions. Partnering closely with local and regional leadership, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining compliance, driving operational excellence, and fostering an inclusive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End HR Operations & Talent Acquisition: Manage plant HR workflows—including onboarding, offboarding, and attendance—while leading full-cycle recruitment for technical, plant, and administrative roles.
- Labor Law & Statutory Compliance: Ensure compliance with the Thai Labour Protection Act, Social Security regulations, Workmen's Compensation, and Department of Skill Development (DSD) submissions.
- Social & Ethical Audit Leadership: Maintain audit readiness and documentation for international social compliance standards (e.g., SA8000 and related ethical frameworks).
- Compensation & Benefits: Oversee monthly payroll inputs, overtime tracking, tax filings, health insurance administration, and employee welfare programs.
- Employee Relations & Development: Serve as the key contact for staff engagement and dispute resolution, while coordinating structured annual training plans and HRIS reporting.
Requirements
- Manufacturing Experience: 4–7+ years of progressive HR generalist experience, including at least 2+ years in a supervisory or senior capacity within a plant or factory environment.
- Legal & Regulatory Knowledge: In-depth understanding of Thai Labour Law, Social Security frameworks, and statutory reporting.
- Audit Exposure: Practical experience with or solid working knowledge of SA8000, ISO, or comparable social compliance audit systems.
- Technical Skills: Strong background in C&B administration, plant-level recruitment, HRIS systems, and advanced Excel for data analysis.
- Education & Languages: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Law, Business Administration, or a related field. Fluent Thai with strong business English proficiency.

- Competitive Salary: THB 60,000 – THB 70,000 per month
