As the Maintenance Manager, you will take full ownership of the maintenance function at this brand-new plant. Reporting directly to the Plant Manager / Operations Director, this is a hands-on leadership role where you will manage a multi-disciplinary team of 10 to 30 headcount, including Assistant Managers, Supervisors, Engineers, Foremen, and Technicians. Your primary mission is to maximize equipment reliability, minimize production downtime, and drive operational excellence through Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and advanced automation systems, directly supporting the high-quality standards required for luxury packaging and merchandising production.
