Senior QA/QC Engineer

About the Role

Our client, an established international manufacturer specializing in high-performance composite engineering and safety-critical products based in Rayong, is seeking a detail-driven Senior QA/QC Engineer. In this role, you will champion end-to-end quality assurance, safety testing, and compliance to ensure products consistently meet the highest international standards.

Key Responsibilities

Quality Systems Leadership: Maintain, govern, and audit compliance with ISO 9001:2015 quality standards and inspection protocols.
Materials & Impact Testing: Oversee verification for incoming composite materials/polymers and manage destructive impact testing, non-destructive testing (NDT), and metrology calibration.
NPI & Core Tools: Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) quality gates by executing APQP, PFMEA, Control Plans, and PPAP submissions.
Continuous Improvement: Spearhead cross-functional problem-solving and process improvements using 8D methodologies, Ishikawa diagrams, 5-Why analysis, and SPC.
Supplier & In-Process Quality: Supervise inspection activities across all production stages and conduct supplier quality audits.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Materials Engineering, Polymer Science, Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering.
Experience: 4 to 6+ years of QA/QC engineering experience in composite materials, polymer molding, or automotive component manufacturing.
Technical Skills: Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, core automotive quality tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA), and precision metrology.
Problem Solving: Proven expertise in 8D root-cause problem solving and mechanical testing.
Languages: Strong professional communication and technical documentation skills in both English and Thai.
