Safety Supervisor
About the Role
Our client is an established international manufacturer specializing in premium retail display solutions and high-end fixtures. Known for their strong commitment to sustainable design and operational excellence, they are seeking a proactive Safety Supervisor to lead environmental, health, and safety (EHS) initiatives across their manufacturing lines, warehouse operations, and on-site installations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day EHS operations across production, warehousing, and installation sites to ensure full statutory compliance and adherence to global safety standards.
- Conduct Hazard Identification and Risk Assessments (HIRA/JSA), safety walkthroughs, machine guarding evaluations, and Permit-to-Work (PTW) protocols.
- Maintain, audit, and enhance integrated ISO 45001 (OH&S) and ISO 14001 (EMS) management systems.
- Lead incident and near-miss investigations using Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Organize emergency preparedness plans, fire safety drills, statutory Safety Committee meetings, and employee safety training.
Requirements
- Certified Safety Officer at Professional Level (จป.วิชาชีพ).
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or a related engineering discipline.
- 3–6+ years of EHS supervisory experience within manufacturing, assembly, or industrial fabrication.
- Solid practical experience with ISO 45001, ISO 14001, internal auditing, chemical safety, and LOTO procedures.
- Strong communication skills in Thai alongside good professional working proficiency in English.
