Production and Logistics Manager

Salary: 120,000 – 150,000 THB per month
About the Role
Our client, an established global leader in food ingredients and culinary solutions, is seeking an experienced Production and Logistics Manager to lead integrated plant operations in Thailand.
This senior dual-discipline role takes full operational ownership across manufacturing lines (wet/dry blending, custom sauces, and coatings) as well as ambient and cold-chain warehousing and distribution. You will champion continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, and safety standards within a high-performing, safety-first culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Plant Operations Leadership: Direct daily operations across dry seasoning blending, liquid processing, and custom coating lines to hit schedule adherence, product quality, and fulfillment targets.
- Planning & Supply Chain Execution: Manage finite capacity planning, Master Production Schedules (MPS), and warehouse operations using ERP and WMS tools to secure end-to-end traceability and top-tier OTIF performance.
- Continuous Improvement: Lead site-wide Lean manufacturing, yield optimization, and scrap reduction initiatives to maximize efficiency and reduce operational downtime.
- Quality & Safety Governance: Ensure strict plant-wide adherence to ISO 45001 health and safety standards, alongside international food safety protocols (HACCP, GMP, FSSC 22000, and allergen management).
- People Development: Coach and mentor multidisciplinary production, supervisory, and warehouse teams to foster a high-performance, inclusive culture.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related technical discipline.
- Experience: 7–10 years of progressive operations experience within food processing, seasoning, or liquid/dry blending, with at least 3–5 years leading both production and warehousing teams.
- Systems Knowledge: Strong hands-on experience using tier-one ERP systems (such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) and WMS platforms for materials planning and inventory control.
- Compliance & Standards: Thorough working knowledge of ISO 45001 safety frameworks, statutory food manufacturing regulations, GMP, HACCP, and allergen isolation protocols.
- Methodologies & Languages: Demonstrated success applying Lean, Six Sigma, or 5S methodologies. Professional fluency in both English and Thai is required.
