About the Role
Our client, an established international manufacturing leader, is seeking an experienced HR Supervisor to lead on-site people operations at their facility in Rayong, Thailand.
Reporting to operational leadership, you will oversee end-to-end plant HR functions, serving as a key bridge between technical production teams, administrative staff, and expatriate management. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive HR professional looking to make a direct operational impact in a specialized manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition: Lead full-cycle recruitment for specialized craftspeople, technical engineers, and commercial staff.
- Plant HR & Payroll Administration: Manage shift scheduling, time and attendance, overtime verification, and monthly payroll data coordination.
- Statutory Compliance: Serve as the on-site expert on Thai Labour Law, Social Security regulations, workplace safety mandates, and company policies.
- Expatriate & Immigration Support: Manage end-to-end visa and work permit processes (Non-B visas, 90-day reports, and renewals) for international staff.
- Employee Relations & Development: Drive positive workforce morale, manage conflict resolution and disciplinary matters, and coordinate performance appraisals and statutory training.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of HR generalist experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role within a manufacturing, shipyard, or industrial production setting.
- In-depth, practical knowledge of the Thai Labour Protection Act and statutory plant compliance.
- Hands-on experience managing foreign work permits and Non-B visa workflows.
- Proven track record with plant timekeeping, shift/overtime tracking, and payroll input reconciliation.
- Bilingual fluency in spoken and written Thai and English.
- Ability to work full-time on-site in Rayong.
